Each month the Silicon Valley Capital Club invites a local nonprofit to participate in their Guest Bartender Event. Guest bartenders pour wine and earn tips to benefit a designated charity. O’Connor Hospital Foundation had the privilege of being one of the nonprofits selected.

On Wednesday, August 17, 2011, the Capital Club hosted Toasts to O’Connor. O’Connor’s guest bartenders were Gerry De Young, President, Ruth & Going, Inc.; Pam Brotherton-Sedano, Vice President, O'Connor Hospital; and Eddie Owen, Community Philanthropist.

The event raised $10,000 to benefit the O’Connor Hospital Intensive Care Unit. With the support of the Silicon Valley Capital Club, this special evening enabled O’Connor Hospital Foundation to bring together more than 100 friends and supporters.
